HEEL-SIDE

 

Think of it this way,  if you start at the number one and count to one hundred (especially in the count Dracula voice (insert pity giggle for lame joke here)) it will take some time to reach the number ninety-nine. Once you finally reach ninety-nine, it comes out as somewhat of a slow sigh of relief, you know the end is one number away (the goal/end point). Point being, if you can do this ninety-nine workout then you are pretty legit. I know, I stretched this one, but its friday… and I’m late to catch a train. Thought start this workout above, do it ninety-nine times and by the time you reach ninety-eight  I’ll be back.
